Herbal teas are fine as long as they don't contain caffiene, fruit sugar or grain sugars.

Also, herbal teas don't count towards the daily water requirement of a minimum of 64 ounces daily.

yah i drink lipton... that is herbal right???? with one equal and cream. is that oka?? ihave 2 cups per day.. im addicted to it ..a nd soon to be slim when did u start??? are you in indcution?? i have about same amtoun to lose.. i lost 5lb on 2 day induc.. n i have 25 to gooo.....

I stared induction on the 25 so 5 days in. Doing well, first 2-3 were hard. This is what I want so this is what I have to do.

Lipton is a brand name. Lipton sells many varieties of tea, only a few of which are herbal. Better check.
