In my experience, unless you make your own Chinese food, it's better not to eat it. Chinese food is loaded with added sugars and starches.~Megs~

I agree with Megs, many chinese dishes are not Atkins-legal, so unless you can ask the restaurant to confirm there are no sugars or starches in them, or if it is a ready-made meal check the package info, you will be better off avoiding them particularly as you are starting induciton.

The only chinese dish I have found to be legal is Pork Yuk Sung, which in my local chinese is made without sugar or oyster sauce. It's a starter, but usually served as a starter for two, so it is a good main dish for one.Kate

Thanksss for the help.... i will stay away from ittt..... Also.. im on stall. i dono wat happpened.. i lost 5lb in 2 weeks of induction.. and i lost that weigh the first week and i havent lost nethin since.... ne suggestions?????? i ve been missin breakfast for a couple of ddays due to work.. but that is jus now... before i had 5 small meal throuh out the day and im drinkin alot of water
