I'm a New Yorker. I am female, 6'0", not really feeling or looking Amazonian. I weigh 215 lbs and I want to lose at least 50 pounds. My hubby says I'll look bony if I lose more than that but, we'll see. Anyway, I already know that I'm going to stick with induction for at least my first 30 lbs. I'm exercising with The Biggest Loser Workout DVD. EXCELLENT, I must say.
Bob, the trainer WORKS you. He's really good. I have had my share of workouts and this one is top dog. I really recommend it. After I post this, I'm going to do the sculpting portion of the workout. I'm looking for friends who share my ambition for losing weight. I want to be healthy. I have a history of diabetes and hypertension in my family. As well as cancer and heart disease. I don't want to go out like that. I also want to look better in my clothes. I want to redefine what 30 is supposed to look like. (Oops!

Bob is very good. I give it 5-stars! TBL Workout is the most authentic workout I've ever seen. You actually see the people struggling just like you are at home. It's great. As a matter-of-fact, I'm about to do my workout in a few minutes. I'm sore now as it is, not terribly but, enough. Victoria's Secret, here I come! Congrats on the 5 lb loss. We're going to make it!!! The hardest part is getting started so now that we've got that out of the way...consistency is key.
