    I have an aversion to pills. Any pills. Aspirin to Vitamins.
    So, I try to get my vitamins from my food.
    Despite the naysayers about this way of eating, I have found that you CAN get 100% of the RDA even on induction!!. It takes some planning to make sure you get all every day without eating the same thing every day, but it can be done!

    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
