    Re: whipped cream....

Some ready whipped cream has stuff in it that isn't induction friendly, so you would be better off whipping the heavy cream yourself when you get it (or just using it as is)

Cottage cheese is a fresh cheese and not allowed on induction, you need to be on the dairy rung. Stick to cream cheese or hard cheeses.

Macademia nuts are allowed on the nuts rung. But personally I had to drop them anyway, as they are WAY too moreish and I found it impossible to eat just an ounce of them, which is only 11 nuts!

I don't believe there are too many 'tricks' available - just eat good fresh food, your make sure you include your full allowance of veggies, drink plenty of water and don't skip meals

The best of luck on your journey.

Christopher, please do yourself a big favor and read the book or at the very least read the Induction Acceptable Foods list and the Induction Rules in the FAQ section of the board. There are tons of lies about how to do Atkins. Beleive me, I've seen everything from eating a 1/2 cup of butter daily to eating only eggs and steak. Don't screw up your health because you didn't do the diet properly.
