I suck on this diet!
I am not an all egg, meat, cheese person!!
I so want my waffles & all the other things I'm not suppose to have.
My husband says I am actually not eating enough, but when I go to look in the fridge, I don't want any food(feel almost yuck just looking at it)
Is this normal? How do I get over it?
