4C made low carb bread crumbs. I haven't seen them at our local market in a long time though. Not sure if they're still available. Don't forget, the product may not be appropriate for your stage of Atkins.

I am not sure if the low carb items are legal in Introduction. I did not use them, but other here will do the correct answer for sure. Bread crumbs, bread mix, low carb wraps, etc you have to wait till the proper rung of OWL to have. I started having the Heinz low carb Ketchup once I moved to OWL. But that is the only low carb product I have used since I started this WOL in June. The Ketchup is good. My whole family used it now and I get it at Walmart.
Some are kind of hard to find but you can order anything like that off the internet.

Yes, as has been said here, many of the lowcarb products contain ingredients that are not induction-legal, so when you are considering buying them online or in a shop make sure you read the list of ingredinets to work out for yourself whether the product is suitable for whatever phase of Atkins you have reached.
So if it contains wheat products it would not become 'legal' till you reach the grains rung/level of OWL but if it contains soy products it would be 'legal' earlier (once you reach the legumes rung) and so on depending on ingredients.
