Hi guys, it's me for the millionth time, I think?
Well, I have lost some fat and gained muscle so I weigh exactly the same and that makes me sad. At least I have made sure I have kept the same weight and not gained anything in the past year, which is uber weird. I am eating healthy, but somehow, I feel like it's not enough. I really do need the encouragement and motivation to do this because I really do want to lose those necessary pounds so I can be happy with myself. And I know that I have found a family here and in a way I have abandoned you guys for not coming by and seeing how you were. I'll start tomorrow since I love starting new things on Mondays.
Like, tomorrow, I start a new job, so why not start a new way of life, as well? I think that sounds about right... Well! I missed you guys and I am back and here to stay! Let's just say, I have changed so much in the last year that I know I can do it this time around. No more fooling around and falling off that damn wagon!
