Hello Everyone!!!!
It's me Don (discodon1980). I thought I would post telling everyone how week one went. I started at 388lbs and now Im at 378lbs!!! I lost 10 lbs in the first week!!! I'll admitt thought it has been hard and I have been in a bad mood lately!!! A week withut bread and pies!!! OH MY!!!!!
But I did survive and I'm still breathing!!! LOL Unfortunatley my girlfriend Tiffany (blugirl) has had to put up with me!!! Ive had a negative attitude and I just want to apologize to her for being soo grumpy!!!
Without her none of this would have been possible or will be possible!!!!
My new effort this week is to increase my water intake and totally get rid of my diet soda addiction!!!!
Its going to be tough but reading on here that some people gave diet soda up instantly, so it should be no problem for me.
Also I'm going to start increasing exercise like crazy!!! I want to get in the "ZONE" again. When I lost 150 lbs about 7 yrs ago I would hop on the treadmill, zone out and then be on there for two hours straight!!! I know this isnt going to happen over night but I'm putting all my effort into this!!!
I started today and walked on the treadmill for 35 mins at 3.3 mph and it felt Great!!! Me and Tiffany have been going for nightly walks as well. I have a starting picture ill post in the next day or so so you guys can see how much work I got ahead of me!!!

You will do great tomorrow and I wish you the very best on your journey as well!!! I love this website and can;t get enough of it. Join some of the challenges on ehre!! I just signed up for the water challenge and the exercise challenge!!!!
