    Part 2 : My Tell All Tales of INDUCTION!!!

    So now I'm back and stronger than ever, I planned on starting atkins again today but fell off track so I've decided monday is definately the day.

    Mini Goal 1 : 220 Met 05/09/2007

    Mini Goal 6 : 150

    (My other goal is to be 185 by 11/25/2007, but thats a prayer)

        Hi you are so beautiful, I thought when I say your pics. and I'm not gay. I just had a baby. I'm 23 and I'm around the weight you are. we should keep up with each other. I started this Journey at 245 and now on day 11 of my induction I'm down to 230- 232lbs!! I thought about myself when I saw your message. You are doing great, I can definately tell the difference in your pictures.

        are you still on induction? i was going to stay on until after christmas, b/c I want to get down to 200 by christmas!!! Tell me what you think. It's possible right?

        P.S. I want to post pics, how do I do it??

          Welcome back

          I have split your posts today to make a new thread so as not to confuse people who might respond without realising your original thread was made a while ago.

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
