    Why is it my fitday says 1/2 cup fresh pumpkin, boiled, mashed is 5 grams of carbs, 1 fiber, and my can of cooked pumpkin says its 7 g carbs and 4 fiber?
    Isn't pumpkin, pumpkin?





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
