pumpkin is on the induction list.
butter is on the induction list.
splenda is on the induction list.
store bought readi whip is not on the list.
can you use just regular Cream, heavy or light (limit to two to three tablespoons a day; note carbohydrate content)

As Jimmy said, the items that are on the induciton-allowed list are fine but anything with ingredients not on the list should be avoided.
To be sure check the list on ingredients before eating anything ready-mixed

I LOVE pumpkin (maybe because I've made it my dessert).

        Mix:
        1/2 cup pumpkin
        1 tbsp. heavy cream
        1 packet Splenda
        1 pat of butter

Melt in the microwave or on the stove. DELISH!!

Coffeemate not on the Induction List. Check your DANDR book for Induction Foods. If you don't have a book GET ONE...it is crucial & full of extremely helpful information.

Here are the ingredients for coffee mate:

Ingredients: Water, partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil, sugar, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative - not a source of lactose), dipotassium phosphate, mono- and diglycerides, artificial flavor, beta carotene color.

There isn't anything natural at all about this product. It is full of trans-fat (notice the words "partially hdrogenated") which we should avoid! Go with pure, whole cream instead of this fake food.
