*Pats herself on her back*
Haha ok so I wasn't really planning on starting this way of eating today because I didn't think I had proper foods handy. But I totally whipped stuff up thats totally clean induction friendly, a little improvements could be made and are noted for next time. But ya, I am thrilled that I just up and started without hesitating or without wanting some junk food first!! Which by the way I'm thinking this week might not be so hard since I have cut out pop, fast food, chocolate, chips, ice cream, junk food in general for a couple weeks now.
I am also pleased with myself that after I went for a tan this evening I zipped to the grocery store. I bought some celery, a lemon, cucumber, cream cheese, and romaine. (I only had $10 on me!) Just so I have everything I'll need for tomorrow!! I seen someone on here say "IF you fail to plan, you are planning to Fail!" I think thats awesome and so true! Thanks for the inspiration...Here is my
Breakfast-
3 egg omelette with chicken, cherry toms, onion, cheddar & dollup sour cream.
Lunch-
1/2 chicken breast
2 hard boiled eggs
asparagus (I now realize from some constructive opinions that I went over the 'other' veggie list, oops)
Dinner-
Chicken thigh/leg attached baked with olive oil & herbs, hot sauce (says 0 carbs?) skin eaten ... ofcourse!
celery with cream cheese
(I didn't have salad stuff on me today but I do for tomorrow!!)
45 mins cardio on the gazelle (glider)
crunches of all sorts from here (I do 3 reps of 10 for each exercise)
http://www.tbfinc.com/abdominal_exercises.htm
Plus modified push-ups (on knees) I do 3 reps of 10.
4 reps 10 squats, lunges & calf raises
So, thats my start. Im excited to get going and FINALLY lose weight.
(today is my 5th day in a row doing these exercises, tomorrow is break day)
