  • Hello Everybody!!!!!!!

    Hello all,newbie here
    This will be first time doing atkins so im really looking forward to it.
    ive lost 3 stone recently going from 16st to 13 threw detox and fat free diet so this is like so opposite from what im used to.
    my ideal weight probably will be to lose another 3 stone.
    i would love to take to u all and all the newbies who just started maybe we can write each day as it goes for support maybe it will be easier.

                  Welcome to the board Wood!!! This is definately a place to find a ton of support... If you get a chance check out the exercise challenges, they are a great way to add to your new way of life.

                      thanks everyone for ur welcome,
                      ive been doing great till sunday,it was my son's birthday so i had a little piece of sponge cake
                      after that i gave away the left over cake so i wont be tempted again
                      so im back at square one again this time hope to have clean induction.

                        Well done for stopping after that little piece of cake

                        One 'slip' like that does not mean restarting your 14 days of induction, or some of us would never get off induction!!

                        Just keep eating onplan till you reach day 15 and then look up your resistance to weightloss on the chart in DANDR to decide whether to move to OWL or stay on induction for longer.
