I looked for the same thing.. Sugar free 0 carb gum.. Couldn't find any.. but anyway.. If you are in your induction I would still stay away from these. They have artificial sweeteners that can stall you.

Just a word about gum. I have always "stayed away" from it, as I didnt want to risk getting the taste for sweet stuff back again.
Thats my view, its also shared by a few others on here too. But its not necessarily the definitive answer. But definitely stay away whilst on induction!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
