Today is day#7 for me and I was looking over my nutritional intake for the past week on Fitday. I noticed that I never reach the RDA for iron. Since I am not big on red meat and have a history of being anemic, do you think it would be ok if I switched to a supplement with iron? I am currently taking a multivitamin without iron, extra calcium, foilc acid, biotin, and potassium.
