Hello,
I'm on day 3 of induction. Went to a birthday party today, which had LOTS of food. I DID NOT eat anything NOT allowed on induction, but I will say that what I did eat... I was pretty much stuffed. LOTS of cream cheese, pepperoni, chicken breasts, cheese tray, etc. (again, everything i had IS allowed on induction)... here's what makes me think I blew it... I kept track of EVERYTHING I ate and plugged it into FITDAY. That, along with what I had at home prior to going to the party showed that I have consumed 3000 (yes, THREE THOUSAND) calories today! I realize calories aren't supposed to "count" during induction, but I have a hard time believing that this high amount won't set me back. My percentages were 70 fat/28 protein/2 carbs.
I'm just finishing my 3rd day of induction and don't want to fail! Can anyone offer any suggestions that may help me continue with this?? I really don't want to fall off the wagon but I feel like I've already blown it.
Thanks - Eselte
