    Finishing up day 14!!

I am 12 lbs down and moving into extended induction. These 14 days have been pretty easy... I am hoping it stays this way. I have joined several exercise challenges and that has really helped me to stay focused on why I am here in the first place. To all of you just starting your 2 week induction, hang in there it is so worth it to finish clean. If you fall off the wagon just dust your knees off and get right back on. You can do this!!!

Congrats to you! Tomorrow is my 14 day and I can't wait to weigh in to see how much weight I have lost and measure the amount of inches lost too. Keep up the good work and so you will reach your goal weight.
