  • Day 14. What should I do now?

    Helloooo everyone! Well it's day 14, (well 15 actually ) Now I don't know if I should stay on extended induction, or move on OWL. I've only lost about six pounds, although my family and friends have noticed a difference. So what do you think, should I stay or should I go? Thanks for all of your help and support!

    you should lose around 5-10% of the amount you need to lose during induction, you've surpassed that so I would suggest OWL...

    Veggies are good for you!!!

    I lost MORE weight on OWL, than i did on induction so dont think "i'll stay on induction to get to goal quicker! it doesnt work like that

      Go! Keep moving and don't look back! On average, I've noticed, that OWL brings more losses to people than extended induction. I know I lost more weight on OWL, but cheats brought me back to induction. ugh. Anyway, move on. More veggies normally induce weightloss.

      How did you get the little dolly at the bottom of your siggy? I want one....
