    I am just wondering what everyone keeps on hand for Fat/protien
    snacks? I have been keeping meat and cheese on hand here at
    work and just wondering what other ideas are out there.

    I dont keep protein on hand for a snack, if i snack i try to make it just fat or fat/veggie carb

    Cream cheese and Celery
    cheese cubes
    Lindas mockafoni cheese is usually around somewhere

    on occasion i'll have chicken wings but only if my proteins low for the day, generally my protein is as high as it should be with lunch and dinner.

    More fat makes me lose weight quicker, so i would always rather up the fat more than anything else!

      That's great to hear. I actually brought raw brocolli and
      ranch for my snack today. Wasn't sure that would be
      enough.

        I like to keep Deviled Eggs around, and I know it sounds weird, but a mixture of mayo and a little mustard is one of my favorite things to dip veggies in, expecially cooked asparagus and artichokes.
