Started yesterday but a wayward cookie has me counting today (12/11) as my first official day. I remember how happy I was the first time around I did Atkins and lost 50 lbs - about 4-5 years ago. And the weight only came back when my diet switched to solely fast food and cookies. So you can't blame Atkins! (but you CAN point a pudgey finger at those Keebler Elves!)
Anyone else starting around now? So far, so good. Here's todays menu:
Breakfast
Ham & Cheese Omelet
Lunch
Ground beef with garlic seasoning and 2 tbsp sour cream
1 cup steamed asparagus
Snackages/Dessert through the Day
1 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
1 Diet Rite Tangerine flavor
1 Sugar-free Watermelon Jello Cup
Dinner
Chicken Fajita Bowl (bowl of Mexican cheeses, shredded lettuce, carb-free Fajita seasoning with shredded chicken breast)
Side Salad with proper dressing and portions
Water Intake
Should be well-filled between my water bottle fill-ups (25 oz a pop) and tea-canister fill-ups (25 oz as well, use no-carb no-caffiene Celestial Seasonings .. I'm an addict, so yummy!)
Exercise
3 mile walk with my dogs and husband
250 situps
Unpacking boxes (works up a sweat! we just moved!)
