Cottage cheese is not. Most stewed tomatoes have sugar in them. If sugar is not on the ingredients list, then you can have them.
Sunny!
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
"Some men give up their designs when they have almost reached the goal; While others, on the contrary, obtain a victory by exerting, at the last moment, more vigorous efforts than ever before." ~~Herodotus
As Sunny said, tomatoes are allowed (if they have no added sugar) and are on the 'one cup' list of veggies for induction.
However, cooked tomatoes take up less space than uncooked ones, and the 'one cup' amount is supposed to be for uncooked ones, so dont have too many!
For comparison the USDA database says one cup of canned tomatoes weighs 255 grams whereas one cup of sliced raw tomatoes weighs 180 grams.
So roughly I estimate that one cup of raw sliced tomatoes is equal to a bit less than 3/4 cup of canned/stewed ones
