Stirfry broccoli and chicken in some olive oil, garlic and raw ginger root. Just before it's done, sprinkle with a few dashes of sesame oil(toasted, not raw) and/or chili sesame oil.

I often wrap boneless skinless chicken in bacon then make a little sealed parcel with kitchen foil and cook it in the oven. When ready to serve it I open the foil and lay a slice of cheese on top and let it melt.

Yummy and timing is not vital, as if left a long time in the oven before opening the foil (due to friends being late  ) is still nice and moist.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

i stir fry chicken all the time. i mean....all the time! and you can stir fry it with just about any kinda vegetables: celery, tomatoes, onions....red or green peppers......even cucumer and of course, broccoli or cauliflower as well. i cut all the vegetables into bit sized pieces. i have cooked in butter, even mayo.....or balsamic vinagerette (maybe bot so legal).....and/or soy sauce. the other day.....(also not atkins friendly) i even tried cooking something in orange juice, and i added orange slices while i was preparing it. when you are done cooking your meal, just take the oranges out!! and dont forget your spices......adding some nutmeg or cinnamon just to taste can make your meals really very very good!!!

Chicken Paprika....sauteed chicken, peppers, paprika, a little chicken broth. Add sour cream at the end. Add onion if you've got the carbs to spare.

Tonights supper was chicken sauteed in olive oil with some hot pepper flakes, leeks, cauliflower and string beans and "sauced" with some neufchatel cheese.

I posted this in another section & saw it was relevant here too. I made some fajitas without the wrap that were really delish & induction friendly!
