  • I messed up BIG time!!! Help!

This is no ones fault but mine but last night my sister brought over some bourbon and diet coke, 0 carbs. We hardly ever drink but last night we did and today I have a huge hangover. I felt so dehydrated and sick that I ate the first thing I saw in the kitchen and then some!!! Through out the afternoon, I have had sweet tea, and orange, 5 gingerbread cookies and lasagna! I was doing so well! I don't want to quit. How is this going to effect my weight? I won't do it again.
I have been on induction for 6 days so far and have lost 5 lbs.

You pick up where you left off. If today is Day 6, then tomorrow is Day 7.

The most important thing for you to do is to sit down and figure out why you fell off the plan. What triggered it? Was it something emotional? Did you skip meals yesterday? The next most important thing for you to do is to tell all the people around you that you are on a weight loss diet and you need their support---not their sabotage!

And finally, you now know that you are one of those people for whom alcohol is a trigger food. So when you move to OWL Phase and choose to drink alcohol, you will know that it can push you off your plan.

      Always great advice from Megs

....just adding, start from the very next meal has been staying in my mind. If you go from one high carb meal to the next, breaking the cycle seems harder to me.
