Ugh, I took my daughter to Dairy Queen for lunch (bad day, being the first day, but I promised her).
Thought I would have a grilled ck salad. Ordered "Light" dressing and noticed it still had LOTS of carbs. I even ditched the dressing and ate it with NOTHING on it. The salad had lettuce, bacon bits, cheese, tomatoes, cabage. I ate about 3/4 of it. When I got back to work I got online and looked at value of it and it said a "serving" (full size) was 14 grams of carbs!!!
So if my serving size was a bit over I might have hit just 20 with lunch.
So now I feel like I can't eat ANYTHING for dinner. Any suggestions?
Also, Diet Rite is okay on Induction?
