  • Can you have deer chili on induction?

A friend just invited my family over for deer chili (not even sure I want to try it) but can you have that on induction......?????

I assume chili is safe so long as it is onion, tomato, etc?

    THANKS!

Most chili has beans, which lets it out for induction. It also has a lot of tomato and onion, usually, both of which have a lot of natural sugar, so you want to watch how much you eat of them. Deer is very low fat, so you'd need to eat something fatty with it.
