Remember those things that say "Atkins" on them were not created by the good doctor himself, and most arent legal until high up rungs on OWL.
on your 14 day induction you only eat foods from the acceptable foods list, nothing else.

I asked because the actual Atkins webpage say you can use the "morning bars" on induction (and only the morning bars). Called my mom and she looked it up in her book (still waiting on mine to arrive) and she says her new version also says you can have the morning bars????
I was looking for those. I will make sure NOT to buy the fake!

I can guarantee you that theyre not induction legal and i dont even know what they are
Atkins Nutritionals is a company out to make money. Theyre good for a low carb diet but not for Atkins induction.

thats the Atkins nutritionals website, money makers, just read the ingredients against the acceptable foods list you will be able to see for yourself whether theyre induction friendly or not

it is very unfortunate that a lot of atkins products contain ingredients that are not induction friendly. But are okay on higher on rungs on OWL , its okay.
being stuck on airplane waiting for takeoff an atkins bar is a big treat but its still not on induction.

My book allows the stuff too, and I suppose you can. I won't get into an argument about the details, you can read for yourself; I just piped in to say that My 2nd go round on Atkins, I ate them....ONCE....I thought they tasted GROSS.... not worth the cost or the potential of a stall....Comment

as to the potential of the Atkins products causing a stall in loss, a couple of years ago the Atkins company website even had a page where they said that if they did cause a stall you should 'moderate or discontinue' their use!! that page seems to have been deleted.Originally posted by ChickladyWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

eh. I used them. The morning bars that is. They didnt stall me at all, and actually stopped the "sweet" candy bar crave. I tried them for a week then stopped, the craving was gone. One bonus side effect, that after eating them (the chocolate ones) it made me not want chocolate at all, even when I feel off the wagon, chocolate tasted like well...I was eating trash.
