    Anyone starting now instead of waiting until the New Year?

    I'm determined to stick with it this time, I just feel so much better, physically and mentally!

    My body is so bloated after the last three days (I was good until then) that I can't stand my own skin!

    Today I was not prepared to start but still have done good, tomorrow will be better!
    B-orange
    L-tuna with mayo
    D- probably chicken breast, love them with seasoning!

    Welcome back! Forget about the past and all the cheats that happened and just focus on the future and how great you will feel once you reach your goal weight. You can do it and people are here to support you all the way. Good luck!

          Hi,

          I am starting today. As you see by my username, I was suppossed to be thin by now. LOL. Well.......................things happen............ I am starting over today. Like you, I don't have everything yet. I need my vitamins and I need some more food, but today was my first day. Can't wait unil we both reach our goals although I will be on this journey a lot longer. I ate for breakfast turkey salad, snack a little sausage and eggs, I am about to eat more turkey salad for lunch and dinner will have some veggie and meat.
          I have to lose this weight, this time, if only to prove to myself that I can!

            I was going to start on the 1st but my husband and I went shopping tonight and spent more money then we spent on each other for Christmas, lol. We are all set to start in the morning on this WOE. I walked right past all of my favorite bad little treats and loaded the shopping cart with all the wonderful Atkins approved foods.

            I am ready to start and give this my all. Our fridge is full to the brim and we are ready! Good luck to us all just starting out for the first time, and keep on doing great to all of those already on this journey.

                Hi all, This is my first time trying Atkins... I read the book a few years ago and just wasn't in the right frame at the time to try... now I am ready. I started yesterday.
                I was about 19lbs heavier 2 months ago but just exercise and watching what I eat didn't get me where I wanted so I am trying Atkins.
                Any and all suggestions would be great. I am currently deployed so I eat at the DFAC (Chow hall) so my choices are extremely limited at times. But I am committed to make this work.
