    "Jimmy" legs

Hey, I recently saw a post about leg pains. What I have isn't pain, per say.. it's actually got all of the signs of restless leg syndrome. Basically, I can't rest them or they'll start to hurt, and it happens whenever I try to go to sleep. It ket me up until 4AM the other night, and I haven't slept 'till around 2 for the past few days.

Has anyone else had this? I'm on induction, if this helps.

Does it feel kind of like someone is playing piano with their fingertips on your legs? If so, you may want to watch your balance of calcium to magnesium. At least, that's been my experience Good luck.

I get restless legs off and on ... usually if I take a couple of Advil and wait about half hour, it will calm me down and I can fall asleep. I know it is not a natural cure, but at least I haven't had to go to a prescription med yet.
