Day One! So excited!

Morning!
I am so excited to get started. The weightloss will be awesome but the energy I remember feeling eating this way is the icing on the cake! I know the next few days will be rough, going thru induction "flu" once again....but I'm up for the challenge! ANy other newbies starting today...congratulations! AND a big thanks to EVERYONE who posts on this website...I'm convinced this website will be the key to my success!

Yay, good for you for coming back!!! Youre so positive and energetic about this and its wonderful. Induction flu has to be the worst feeling but its also a good thing, it means that your body is detoxing and getting ready for weight loss. Cake is just another four letter word folks! lol

Mom2Ryan---I'm with ya girl.

I think we have about the same amount of weight to loose so
let's keep each other posted. I need to loose about 25-30 pounds.
Seems I keep loosing and gaining the same back.

I'm going to stay accountable this time to the board and get
into the mind-set that if I do cheat-don't walk away from it all.

I started Tuesday but I have strep throat so taking it slow this week
There will be no exercizing for me-didn't have much to eat yesterday
but it was all legal and the cold water felt good on my throat.

Do you have sons? I have 2/Matt and Andrew

A quick question does anyone in the uk know of a good multivitamin to take...I take vit C already. I read ADVIL?? is this just available abroad is there an equivelant in the uk, oh and what is it?

I think the ADVIL you are seeing is a pain reliever to get through "induction flu"......Not a multi-vitamin.

Any good OTC Multivitamin is ok. Just be sure to look at the back and see that it has all the essencial things your body needs and close to 100% of it.

I know you can do it!!!! I started 12/30/07 and have since lost 6lbs. small goal but anything is a goal and accomplishment! Keep us posted
