    That's it.....starting Induction over!

    Okay, remember my "I cheated" post last week. Well I drank on New Years and cheated again with some desserts.

    So I am back on day one of a CLEAN induction. I wished for more will power for New Years!

        I am right there with you. I had no will power for New Years but I have got to get back on track! Day 1 starts today so far so good

          New Years is a great day to start...hopefully by the time the next holiday season roles around you will be near goal and not willing to cheat!
