I am trying to fill out my goals section on fitday and I don't know what to put for most things because of the measurements they give you for choices. I know what percent daily I am supposed to be in for protein, fat and carbs but I don't know how many grams of fat I should be eating each day or how many grams of protein I should be eating either. Fiber: How many grams of fiber should I have each day
Water: How many grams of water should I have each day
Magnesium: How many mg of this do I need each day
Fat: How many grams
Protein: How many grams
Calcium: How many mg do I need of this a day
B6: How many mg
B12: How many mg
If I am making this more complicated than it needs to be than let me know but I am concerned with getting everything that my body needs each day because I really want to make sure that I am not only losing weight but also really taking good care of myself! Since this is my first attempt at really taking care of my self I don't know any of this stuff yet
