Checking on fitday.com I'm finding that I'm eating too many carbs by way of salads. I enjoy very few cooked veggies. Broccoli, zuchini, squash. I've only lost 5 pounds thru induction (I'm on day 11) and pretty dissapointed.
Maybe I'm too small for induction to have the same impact that it has on most people.
Any help would be great.
