  • One minute muffins?

I have read about one minute muffins and mock danishes and other induction friendly recipes, but don't know where to get them.

I looked at Linda site, but there are not there.

    Please let me know!

    Thanks!

Here is a link to one recipe
    http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ad.php?t=43179

However as this recipe uses 4 tablespoons of flax it is way too much for using on induction as a cure for constipation (which is the only reason we are allowed to use flax on induction.

It is a seed so is not to be used in quantity till the third level/rung of OWL.

If you do want to make it while on induction and having constipation problems try splitting the batter into 4 small or mini muffin tin holes and only eat one of them in one day!! Or cut the finished large muffin into 4 slices and eat one a day.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Where can one get flax? Do they sell it at usual grocery stores, like Giant or Shoppers? That's all I have around me, is a Giant..
