  • Pumpkin for my sweet tooth-YES

Anyone eat the natural canned pumpkin with a
little splenda and warm melted butter and sprinkle
    of cinnamon on top?

I sure hope its induction friendly...just a little served me fine.
And its packed with fiber-which I need!

Yes, I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVE pumpkin! It has so much fiber and so many nutrients! I usually mix cream cheese with mine and warm it up. I also add stevia, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

It's induction-friendly--it counts as an "other" veggie on the induction foods list. You can eat a cup a day of it if you like!

Make sure you buy the PURE PUMPKIN, and NOT the pie filling. The pie filling has added junk, while the pure pumpkin is just pumpkin.

Oh yeah, I've been making pumpkin pies long enough to know the difference. Kinda wish I hadn't, now that I think about it. XD

Yes, I make it with 1 oz. of cream cheese melted in, cinammon, and 1 packet of splenda. It's my new favorite breakfast! Quick, easy, and delicious.

Be sure to count the carbs of the pumpkin and to follow the vegetable rules in the book.

This sounds wonderful but I'm curious how it is eaten...do you bake it after adding the ingredients or eat it like a pudding?

I love it. I add 1 tbsp of heavy cream, 1 packet of Splenda, and 1 tsp of butter to 1/2 cup Libby's pure pumpkin. Delish!!

I warm it in the microwave (you could warm on the stove; microwave is just more convenient for me). Yep, I eat it like a pudding.
