Regular chat times?

Are there any regular chat times? It seems like evrytim I am logged in no one is in hat.

No scheduled chat times, usually we just put a post in the main message board and hope someone shows up.

I've just arranged with some buddies to meet there. Everytime I go in there it is empty also.
