Nightmares and indegestion

Is it normal to get indegestion and/or nigtmares from bein on the diet? Does anyone get either of these?

When I first go on atkins, I had trouble being regular.
But never nightmares.

I've always suffered from GERD and it's medically treated so I've not noticed a difference.

I don't have "nightmares" but I will say that since I started this WOE, my dreams have become very "weird" and "vivid"!!

Oh my gosh I always have nightmares about eating carbs...I know it sounds funny, but I always dream that I woke up and ate the wrong stuff....crazy.

I meant like I am having dreams about little furry woodland critters with palm pilots/computer based things as heads. Really weird stuff. I am all for genetic test but biorobotics freaks me out and I have never had nightmares about it until I started the change. lol Ohwell maybe its just cause I "really" am just wierd. hahah I always suspected but now its confirmed.

My wife said I was talking in my sleep the other night. That isn't normal. Also I used to get heartburn a couple of times a day. I haven't had it since I started.

Yah i figure its just chemical change For me in particular it'll be a while. lol don't say anything tatll get oyu in trouble :P
