  • Breakfast ideas?

Breakfast is the hardest meal for me. I don't really like eggs, although quiches and omelettes are ok sometimes (if they aren't too "eggy"). Bagels were always my kind of breakfast.

    Ideas, please? Recipes? Help!

My high fat omelette consists of lots of bacon, ham, and saugage. Then I smother it in cheese!
I can't even TASTE the eggs! I call it a "meatlover's" ommy for mommy.

I've been eating 1/2 a cup of canned pumpkin for breakfast, lately. I don't know why, but it's really satisfying.

Omelets are good if you put lots of veggies, meat, cheese in them--that way they aren't too eggy!

Breakfast does not mean you HAVE to eat eggs. You can eat whatever you want off the induction foods list. Sometimes I'd eat chicken tenders and ranch. Sometimes I'd eat green beans and a hard-boiled egg. Sometimes I'd eat a piece of cheese and some pepperoni. Pick foods that you enjoy from the list, and eat them.

I cut up cucumber slices, top them with some lox (smoked salmon), any cheese and eat it with a couple of slices of tomatoe. A good way to get in my vegies as well!

I eat leftovers for breakfast more often than I eat eggs. Cruiser's "faux" bagel and lox is good too.

Just be sure you eat a combination of fats, proteins and carbs with your meals.

I pre-cooked a bunch of sausage patties & had that with cheese this morning.
