Hi Everyone~
I'm on Day 11 of Induction today, and would like to make a chicken & brocolli alfredo for dinner. My recipe calls for parmesean cheese, but parmesean is not listed on the allowable cheese list. I'd also like to have a 1 oz. slice of "american" cheese on a hamburger for tomorrow's dinner, but American cheese is not on the allowable cheese list either. American cheese also has no carbs list, and it definately melts better than cheddar cheese.
Is it possible to have a 1 oz. serving of parmesean & american cheese on induction?
In my DANDR book, the #5 rule of induction says to "eat nothing that is not on the acceptable foods list. And that means absolutely nothing!" I still have 4 days of induction to go, so I don't want to mess up my induction now.
Thanks for any help/suggestions.
