    I weighed in at 184 lbs. That is wayyyyyyyy too much for my 4'11 frame. I'm flat out, unhealthy. I will weigh in every Monday! Here goes!!

    Hey Chatterness:

    Sounds like you and I are pretty much in the same boat. I am 5'4 and weigh about 187.. and also hail from the great state of TEXAS!! Maybe we can keep each other encouraged throughout our travel into weightloss.

          Hey there! I started on the 4th so we are pretty much running the same path. I have been unable to find anyone that started close to me since I started on an odd day. It is great to have you and you will find all of the support you need here!!!! BEST OF LUCK

              YEAH! I started on the 5th too! Started at 176 need to drop 25 lbs. More importantly I want to be able to take that prescription for high blood pressure meds & look at my doctor & go HAHA, don't need it now! lol

              So guess what I'm a native Texan, transplanted to Tn many years ago.

              So have any of you started an excercise program? I was going to do something at the beginning of next week. Give my body time to adjust to the diet & back into the routine of work after a 2 week vacation.

                  this forum is phenomenal! how can one NOT be motivated by seeing all this success!!! i can't wait to be a part of the 40-50 lbs lost group!! this is great! where can i get a weight loss counter? i want to track it!

                        Well done Chatterness!!! I haven't weighed myself as I HATE scales ... But I am in ketosis so that's great and my clothes don't feel as snug as they were so I am hoping the weight is coming off.
