I started on Jan 2nd as I'm sure most people on here did. Just like to put out there how I'm doing this....... it was on the adivice of a doctor that is a good friend of mine. He's a big believer in the Adkin's diet and has done it himself in the past.
I'm following induction to a tee but I am eating basically 5 small meals a day. Seems to really be working......down 11 pounds in 8 days!
basic menu:
3 boiled eggs
2 pieces of bacon
small salad with blue cheese dressing
small hamburger with sauteed mushrooms
2-4 jalapeno halves stuffed with the cream cheese/cheddar combo
tin of sardines or half can of tuna.
I substitute chicken for burger some. might have celery or avacado half instead of jalapenos.
Seems to be working though. Any thoughts??????????
I also took tons of First day pics and measurements and can't wait for the 1st of Feb for new pics and measurements. Will post results then..........
