    Re: please help me

Hi, If you are in your allotted amount of cheese, i believe its 3 oz per day for induction, i believe you can have grated and shredded cheese, what i believe you may be thinking of is people usually recommend staying away from grated and shredded becaue of the fillers

I believe what is recommend is that you either grate or shredd your own at home from blocks of cheese or make sure what you are buying does not have anyfillers in it, i know kraft now has on their cans they don't have any fillers in their grated/shredded parm cheese. cheese that is grated or shredded in the bags at the store tend to include same and i believe they utilize a flourbased concept.

I don't know what rotel is sorry. I would be careful as to dips and sauces in restaurants as they usually have some kind of sugar additive or maybe flour additive. I always presume most sauces, marinates, dressings, dips etc at restaurants have sugar in them or some type of filler that is flourbased.

You can ask at the mexican place if their items have sugar and/or flour added to them. I don't know what type of sauce they use for fajitas in a mexican restuarant so i can't help much with your example.

We can have grated cheese as long as it grated from an aged cheese, blue cheese, cheddar, colby, american, etc. ANY that are aged.

Velveeta is a processed cheese food. NOT cheese. We are also not allowed to have fresh cheeses like cottage cheese, velveeta, can't think of anymore exp.
