Hello, I love olives but I am not sure if I can have them during induction, can someone tell me? I've moved to the UK and my copy of DANDR is still in the USA so I'm going by what I can remember from when I read it. I'm working on getting someone to send it over but for now can someone let me know about the olives? I can't find a good list of nutrition facts online for them. Also, can I have feta and mozzarella cheeses? They aren't aged are they so probably not... Thanks!
