Everyone has a slightly different way of making it.
My version is to mix 1 serving of pumpkin (1/2 cup) with 1 oz. of cream cheese. Heat in the microwave, and add stevia, cinnamon, and nutmeg. If you want a 1 cup serving of pumpkin, use 2 oz. of cream cheese, etc.
i was completely unaware that a tablespoon of cinnamon has nearly 5 carbs in it! just incase some of the other newbies didnt know.. ive been using lots of spices and neglecting that fact. argh.
