  • Im BACK!

Hello everyone.. I am a second time "tryer" I was doing very well for 3 months about 2 years ago and slipped off and never looked back.. I had lost about 30 lbs and since then I have gained it back and then some.. My husband and I are doing this again and I am on day 6 of induction and I dont feel as good as I did the first time on this. I do however feel like I have more energy and I am less tired thoughout the day at work but I think I am consuming too much sodium. I feel so bloated..

I am trying to drink more water today..

I saw in a post that someone was questioning the ketosis stick and the dark purple meant that you were dehydrated.. I never knew that before.. I was in Ketosis after day 2 and it has been dark ever since.. I think maybe the water will help..

I wanted to say hi to all of you and get back into having some advice thrown my way and a place to vent.. The good thing is I have alot of coworkers that have started a big losers competition and they all had their first weigh in last Monday.. So I do feel like Ihave support here too.. Everyone is doing their own way of dieting and not so much Atkins but at least there wont be any donuts brought in and pizza on fridays.. now its salads

I look forward to talking to all of you and getting to know all of you once again...

      Re: Im BACK!

Welcome home MGyles. Glad to see you back. Isn't it wonderful when the people you work with are weight conscious and not criticizing you for not eating sweets and goodies? Thats the way it is at my work, everyone is trying to be healthier and get fit, so nobody knocks each other's way of eating. We're all on different weight loss plans but understand the importance of sticking to it and exercise. Best wishes...keep posting and keep us informed of your success.
