    my overly ambitious self is a wedding in june for my little sister. my other 2 super skinny sisters are also bridesmaids and i thought i have 5 mths, i can lose a significant amount of weight by then so i ordered my dress too sizes smaller than i measured out to be. im pretty positive that it's 5 inches from my waist, 4 from my back/boobs and 4 from my hips. now my question is, is this completely insane bcuz i have til tuesday to change my mind be4 the order goes thru. i just wondered if any of you atkins users have lost atleast this much or more in 5mths or less.. is it possible? im completely determined.. i dont even care about the scale, and i FINALLY grocery shopped and started today (yay!) and i have a very rigid exercise program in mind as well. so if yins wouldnt mind filling me in on ur progress.. ofcourse i know realistically everyones different, but id love to see that it has already been done. thank you soooo much!

    i wouldnt cheat on my love- ever in a million years, so why would it be okay for me to cheat on my diet?!?!?

    yeah it's possible, for some people, are you one of them? I dont know....

    I guess with a lot of hardwork and strictness it could be done, but youll never get a guarantee. Ive lost 2 sizes in a month before now, but that was at the start of my weightloss journey, to do it now? i'm trying but i very much doubt it, it slows down lots when you dont have much to go.

      Do atkins and weight train, weight train, weight train!!!

      If you want something that will lose INCHES....WEIGHT TRAIN!
