Sunday I was at my friend's house, and the only thing they had to eat was pizza.. so it was either pizza or starve. -_- Should I do another day of induction? I would have been done on Tuesday.

For the future, if the only thing available is pizza, just eat the TOPPINGS. You ALWAYS have the choice of what or what not to put in your mouth!
How much did you eat? Was it a white flour or wheat flour crust? You could be out of ketosis. It might be a good idea to stay on induction for an extra day or two to combat any cravings you might have and to get back into the swing of things, rather than moving up a rung right away. Unfortunately, since you ate the pizza, you will not get an accurate picture of your metabolic resistance or of how many carbs you might be able to eat during OWL.

I feel alright, actually. It was a white flour crust, but really thin. I checked the package before hand and know that I ate around 45-50 carbs that day instead of the 20 I should have, but it was only of those stupid supermarket pizzas and eating the toppings would have been like eating nothing.Height 5'1"

Juli is correct. You might get a ballpark idea of what your metabolic resistance to weight loss is using your weight loss results until your fall off the plan. But it won't be as accurate as it would have been. At this point, you need to get back into ketosis and continue on. Tuesday is Day 14 for you. So see what your loss is on Tuesday and compare it to the loss between days 1-11.
Then look at the metabolic resistance charts in the book and see what yours is.~Megs~

And the next time---be more prepared. There will always be situations in which you might not be able to find something appropriate to eat. So, plan ahead and have a contingency plan.
If you know you will be at your friend's house for the day, bring something along, like a vegetable salad or a dish of devilled eggs, etc. It will save you alot of grief in the long run.
