    Exercising during induc..

Hello! I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times, but should I still try to exercise even though I have low energy. I am in my second week. My hubby is in his second week also and he can get on the treadmill and walk with no problem. I am taking a multi-vitamin and drinking plenty of water so should I wait till my energy comes back, or will working out give me energy??? TIA

    Re: Exercising during induc..

Review your menu. A very common mistake of many newbies is that they think eating as close to 0 carbs per day is the way to do Atkins Induction. So they eat a lot of meat, a lot of fat and choose worthless vegetables like lettuce. As a result, they get hit with the carb withdrawal symptoms much more than a person who eats around 10 or 15 net carbs daily.

So review your menu. Make sure you are indeed eating those Induction vegetables.
