    I don't think I have been masuring right or something caus this morning I had a nearly 2lb gain before eating or drinking everythign and only after completely emptying the tanks.

    Hmmmm maybe Iwill totally measure out everythin from now on just to make sure. Also no more sf breve starbucks EITHER until dairy rung wether its made with creme or not its still way too much than whats called for on induction of creme. EVEN a small.

        Have you just been eating induction legal foods? i recall seeing a few of your posts mentioning nuts and other "shouldnt have" foods.

          the nuts were in the chicken salad but very few. didn't think to splitout thelatte from starbucks ito allowable servings. i am sure its my own fault. Not saying it isn't jut frustratin but at least I know now.

          I do not eat foods not n the list... there were those 2 things right off hand. Eveythign else is good. It could vey well be not measuring every single little thing.

            Oh it can be very frustrating, especially when you believe you are doing everything correctly and it turns out you werent and wasted time.

              Sometimes the body does weird things. I remember from last time, the fluctuations, and the small gains, for no reason at all, and then a big loss after. So not to worry, as long as you stay on plan & keep excercising, you're on track. Also, you may be losing more inches than weight at certain times. Keep going, you've done fabulous til now! Consider this a minor bump!

                I thnk i finally figured out what the weight gain was from.

                When I weighed in at 236.8 I had both tanks empty, if you catch my drift, the one was due to taking a dulcolax from being backed up. Well I wasn't anymore and so I said heheheh im gonna be slick and get my true weight. Apparently stool in the intestines weighs a LOT more than people think. So if you weigh yourself after emptying that tank then make sure you expect at least 1-2lbs back from reassembly.

                This would explain completely why people get off the wall weight gains in just 1 or 2 days as fat can not be created in that little bit of time. This is the only explanation I have ben able to come up with that is feasible.

                    wel i got rid of those 2lbs. and weighed in this morning at 236.8 again. So looking forward ot tomororw

                        yah ... i wonder if even though i dont get TOM if it still causes bloating and water retention and such. I now i took that dulcolax which is a laxative andi jknow they willcaue you ot retain water so ... eh we will see next month.
