  • Induction period finished

Just wanted to report that I have completed my induction period, and I have lost 9.5 lbs. It's a good start, and I'm determined to get to goal this time, and keep it all off! My mindset is there. I have been working out everyday, and the inches are starting to drop faster than the weight is. I look forward to getting into my skinny clothes again, as I had bought a beautiful wardrobe a few years ago, when I lost the weight originally. But I know I will hit the stores again to reward myself The challenges are definately keeping me in line with my goals, and this is the greatest place to be for support & encouragement.

I'm not moving into OWL, but staying in Induction at least until the end of Feb. We're heading off on a cruise, and I want to make sure that I can fit into one of my last year's bathing suits! Last time I was on induction for 5 months, before moving into OWL, but this time, I won't wait so long. I want to go through all the stages of OWL, which I never ended up doing the last time, I only went through about 3 or 4 of them.

hi.. that's so awesome for you!! i was just curious how many inches you lost? that is what im trying to accomplish in the next several months is to lose atleast 6 inches from my tummy for a wedding im in.

also i wasnt aware that you could be on induction so long? that didnt hinder ur weight loss at all? just curious since im pretty new at this.. i always start and never finish, altho this time, i have no choice

thanks and again, congrats on ur weight loss!!!!

I have lost 7" all together.2''off bust, 2''off waist, 2''off hips, 1''off thighs. I work out 6/7 days. You can do it, just stay on track, and be committed and anything is possible. Yes, it is called extended induction, and you will see a thread for it. Have you read DANDR book? If not, you should get yourself a copy and read it, and it will explain all the different options. I still refer to the book, and I was on plan 3 years ago, for almost a year. At that time I was on extended induction for 5-6 months, but I was heavier then. My weight loss was consistant. Congratulations on your upcoming marriage. I look forward to hearing about your future weight loss successes.
